New Friends in Our Backyard

On Memorial Day weekend one morning we had these little visitors in our backyard squaking away. For those of you who don't know them, they are Florida's infamous Sand Hill Crane's. These guys were not timid at all!

They came right up close to Todd when he offered them bird seed out of the bird feeder.

Disney's "Minnie" Marathon 15K Race

Wendy, Stephanie and I ran the 2nd Annual Minnie Marathon at Disney World on May 6th. The race is an all women's race and is in conjunction with a 5K race for Women and Heart Disease. We all finished the 9.3mile race in less than 2 hours! And we were still smiling :)

San Francisco in March

I went to a conference for work in March and was able to see some of the sights on our down time. It's a beautiful city! The weather was PERFECT too.

we didn't have time to take the tour but it was neat to see from a distance.

I absolutely LOVE this picture. It's so calming. These are the Sea Lions at the Pier down on Fisherman's Wharf. They were all sleeping except this one. He was enjoying the beautiful sunshine and warm temperatures they were having.
